Information
St Anne's is a Rest Home for the elderly offering permanent residency.
We are also able to offer short stays or respite care.
This website is designed to give you brief details of life at the Home.
If you would like to visit or obtain information regarding charges or
on obtaining Local Authority funding, then please contact the Home Manager
on 01302 700319.
Permanent residency is offered following a trial period. At that time,
private residents are given a Contract. For sponsored residents, the Home
forms a Contract with the relevant Local Authority.
The Home Manager constantly monitors the specific needs and wishes of
residents. However, if there is cause for complaint this should be addressed
in the first instance to any member of staff or the Home Manager. If the
matter is not resolved it should then be addressed to any member of the
Management Committee. Residents and/or relatives can also address complaints
at any time to The Commission for Social Care Inspection, Doncaster Area
Office, 1st Floor Barclay Court, Heavens Walk, Doncaster DN4 5HZ.
Uniqueness
As part of the unique ethos if the Home, St Anne's has a resident Chaplain
and also its own chapel where Mass is said daily. An Anglican service
is held monthly.
